Chris von Kohn

Nov. 10, 2007, Chris von Kohn took a V. Betty Baderman to the Dallas Judging
Center. It was awarded an HCC, received 78 points and had 10 flowers & 5
buds. The largest flowers were about 4.5 inches across.  Chris was allowed
to named the cultivar and being a good son, he named it for his Mom, V.
Betty Baderman 'Janet'. Chris is a freshman at Texas A&M majoring in
horticulture.  Our congratulations to Chris as well as our heartfelt
apologies for not having announced it at the January Meeting when he was
present.
